The Christian Care Ministry demonstrates Christian love and concern to new and absentee members, by providing gestures of extended support, based upon the needs and interests of the individual/church member.

Christian Care Ministry

Purpose
To educate and edify the body of Christ through the study of God’s Word.

Christian Education Ministry

Purpose Statement
The Couples Ministry encourages long lasting marriages through Christian education, church and community service, recreational and social activities.

Couples Ministry

Purpose
It is the mission of the dance ministry of Freedom Fellowship Christian Church to lead and to offer up praise and worship to God through the art form of dance.

Dance Ministry

Purpose
The Deacon's Ministry is a ministry of service and spiritual support to the pastor and congregation. The Deacons assist with maintaining the spiritual wellness of the Church by preserving harmony, unity, and encouraging all to follow pastoral vision and direction.

Deacons Ministry

Kitchen Ministry

Purpose

  • The Kitchen Ministry provides and prepares meals for fellowship dinners, funerals and special occasions.

  • Planning and organizing Fellowship Dinners

  • Providing Meals for Special Services (Funeral, other)


General Needs:

  • Spiritual members interested in teaming with others in the planning, coordination, and serving of meals to our church body during fellowship and other special services meals.

Media Ministry

Purpose
The Media Ministry provides technical media support to and for all worship services and ministries of our church family.

  • Purchase and maintain audio/video equipment.

Men's Ministry (Men of Battle)

Purpose
The Men's Ministry encourages men to accept their God given role and responsibility to be the spiritual leaders in their home, church, community, and work environment.

Ministry Overseer

Purpose
The Specialty Ministry Overseer represents the following ministries on the Ministry Leadership Team and provides feedback as required: Women's Ministry, Men's Ministry, and Singles Ministry.

Moderator

Purpose
Serves as Moderator for the church business meetings and works to ensure that all church business meetings are conducted in a decent, orderly, Christian fashion.

Music Ministry

Purpose
The Music Ministry exists to exalt our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through the provision of spiritual musical celebration, praise and worship.

New Members Ministry

Purpose

The New Members Ministry is established to welcome and orientate new members into their new church family and to encourage participation and involvement in church ministries.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and process (collect and disseminate information) the new member into the Freedom Fellowship Christian Church family

  • Present an overview of the Freedom Fellowship Christian Church ministry aided through the dissemination of the FFCC “New Members Information Packet”

  • Collect biographical and gifts, talents, and interest inventory data from the new member to provide to the church clerk and ministry leaders (sharing talents, gifts, and interest of the new member)

  • Provide a tour of the church facilities to acquaint the new member with the facility layout, etc.

  • Bring the new member and the Pastor and church ministry leaders together in a forum to ensure the church vision, mission, etc., is imparted, the roles and responsibilities of the various ministries are shared, and new members are able to express their availability for work in the various ministries of interest

  • Coordinate attendance of Lessons on Assurance to further Christian growth of the new member through their participation


General needs: 

  • Spiritual members who have a heart for welcoming others and are willing to serve as the initial contacts to the new member.  Members of the “New Member’s Ministry” team together to ensure each new member is made to feel welcome and equipped with information regarding the church ministries to prepare them for continued spiritual growth and active participation as the Lord leads them.

Program Ministry

Purpose

Publicity Ministry

Purpose

The Publicity Ministry reports, announces, and promotes upcoming events, services and occasions of the church family.

  • Public Service Announcements (PSA's) for all special services and general church announcements

  • Public promotion of FFCC Ministries, Program, Special Services

  • Spiritual members with knowledgeable keyboarding, graphics, and multi-media (newspaper, radio, community television, etc.) communication experience.

Outreach Ministry

Purpose
The Outreach Ministry provides assistance to those in need so that God's love may be demonstrated through us, and in doing so will draw people closer to the Lord Jesus Christ.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and Provide disbursement of benevolent funding based on projection of local and foreign community support needs.

  • Establish Qualification Criteria for applicants needing assistance Administer and report on Benevolent Contributions

  • Review request for Benevolent support services

  • Prepare brief needs proposals for Pastor's review/approval for request exceeding established amounts

  • Establish and maintain a food and clothing shelter

Single Ministry

Purpose
The Singles Ministry encourages single individuals to discover completeness and wholeness through their relationship with Christ; and also to provide opportunities for building a healthy Christian Singles Network.

Teens Against Pre-Marital Sex

Purpose
Teens Against Pre-Marital Sex (T.A.P.S.) is an abstinence ministry developed to teach tee Christians virtues Bibliical principles. This ministry is for boys and girls ages 13 and older

Purpose Statement
This ministry is entrusted with the collection and disbursement of funds and the preparation of financial reports.

  • Conduct mid-year and annual financial reviews

  • Monitor, adjust and audit ministry operating budgets

  • Manage collections and disbursements e.g. accts. receivable/payable

  • Administer employee payroll

Trustee Ministry

Purpose
The Trustees Ministry has the full responsibility for the care and maintenance of the Church facilities and properties.

Usher Ministry

Purpose
The Usher Ministry serves to welcome, seat and meet the needs of the Congregation and all visitors with a loving, friendly, Christ-like attitude and disposition.

Women's Ministry

Purpose
The Women's Ministry is committed to helping the women of our church and community to develop spiritually, physically, and emotionally to better fulfill God's purpose in our lives. 

Objectives

  • This ministry’s objectives include: being committed to becoming women of excellence who reflect God’s glory; fasting and praying for our family, church, community and world issues; enthusiastically and earnestly praising and worshiping our Lord; striving to grow and develop spiritually; and demonstrating the love of Christ to others in a manner that honors our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ; and study of God’s word.

Youth Ministry

Purpose
The Youth Ministry focuses on the spiritual, mental, emotional, social and physical needs of our young people through a Christ-like approach in a wholesome atmosphere.

  • Recruit and train adult volunteers

  • Identify and participate in community service activities

  • Spiritual members who desire to work with youth and team with others in providing Christian-centered activities for FFCC youth.
