WHAT IS WORK ALLIANCE?

Work Alliance of TN is a staffing agency, specifically catering to those who need second chances in society. Our aim is to promote employment scenarios in the inner city community as well as the rural areas of the Greater Knoxville Region.

We have a wide range of employment opportunities. From sales positions, to startups, to trade and factory work, Work Alliance has the right fit for most everyone.

 

OUR JOB PLACEMENT PROGRAM

Our program not only provides jobs for adults in the home, we also require that each of our applicants undergo family services (at no cost to the family) in which training is done with the entire family to ensure the applicant is able to come home to a peaceful environment that promotes him/her working. The counseling/ coaching program helps with vocational development/ job training and interview practicing/ parenting reform/ relationship counseling/ etc. All of these services are provided by licensed therapists with our partner company, Phila Health Systems (www.PhilaHealthSystems.org). This life coaching program will last for 6-12 months depending on the needs of the family and the age range is for 6 and up.
