NATIONAL MUSEUM of AFRICAN AMERICAN MUSIC, MUSEUM, NASHVILLE, TN

56,000 sq.ft museum located at the Fifth + Broadway complex in Downtown Nashville, TN. It showcases the musical genres inspired, created, or influenced by African-Americans with five permanent themed galleries, a 200-seat theater, and traveling exhibits". The museum showcases more than fifty musical genres that were inspired, created, or influenced by African American culture, ranging from early American religious music to hip-hop and Rhythm and Blues. The museum's collections will include up to 1,400 artifacts, including clothes and showcases he first traveling exhibit is expected to be about the Fisk Jubilee Singers.

CHANGE CENTER, KNOXVILLE, TN

22,000 sq.ft Change Center provides recreational activities including a recording and mixing studio, rock wall, and skate rink. However, fun isn’t the only thing the center offers. Job opportunities such as direct entry level jobs and training, job connections, and entrepreneurial job creation are also offered. Additionally, Change Center provides youth leadership training mentorship to decrease the amount of violence in the Knoxville community. The facility offers part-time employment, and job training and gives connections to community job opportunities through their partnerships with local businesses for employees.

TOTAL HEALTH MEDICAL & DENTAL, NASHVILLE, TN

7,000 sq.ft Located in the Freeland Antioch Shopping Center. Total Health Medical and Dental is Hickory Hollow’s destination for medical and dental care for the entire family under one roof. Our physicians and dentists are trained to provide holistic care. Services include primary care, women’s health, family medicine, pediatrics, adult dentistry and pediatric dentistry. Total Health is conveniently located near Freeland Chevrolet in Antioch.

NASHVILLE SOUNDS BALLPARK, NASHVILLE, TN

140,171 (10,000 Seats) Nashville’s ballpark opened in the spring of 2015 and is located in the city’s Germantown neighborhood. The state-of-the-art facility is the official home of the Nashville Sounds Baseball Club, the Triple-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers; but has also served as an events center for soccer, concerts, festivals, and various smaller public and private events. First Tennessee Ballpark, home to the Nashville Sounds baseball team, was built by BELL Construction. BELL acted as the Construction Manager/General Contractor on this project.

The state-of-the-art First Tennessee Park includes many special elements that make the venue the best in Nashville. To name a few: a 360-degree game viewing experience; spacious concourses all within view of the on-field action; unique group outing spaces; an expansive club level with suites; LED and ribbon boards; and of course – the signature guitar scoreboard, bigger and brighter than ever.

MUSIC CITY CENTER, NASHVILLE, TN

2.1 Million SF An award-winning, LEED silver certified facility, The Music City Center is Nashville’s convention center located in the heart of downtown. The 2.1 million square foot facility opened in 2013 and was built so that Nashville could host large, city-wide conventions in the downtown area. The mission of the Music City Center is to create significant economic benefit for the citizens of the greater Nashville region by attracting local and national events while focusing on community inclusion, sustainability and exceptional customer service delivered by our talented team members. The project took nearly three years to build and was delivered one week ahead of schedule.

HOPE VI HOUSING DEVELOPMENT, KNOXVILLE, TN

KCDC received a HOPE VI federal grant to revitalize Mechanicsville public housing and the surrounding neighborhood. The agency replaced outdated apartments with single-family and duplex homes designed to complement structures in the surrounding neighborhood along with new streets, sidewalks and alleys to provide rear access to the homes.

BELK MEN's HOME STORE, KNOXVILLE, TN

ETMC provided Project Management to oversee all subcontractors including generals, landscaping and irrigation, concrete, masonry, roofing, storefront, doors and hardware, overhead doors, EIFS, drywall, painting, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.

MCGHEE TYSON AIRPORT TERMINAL (Renovation & Expansion), ALCOA, TN

ETMC furnished and installed ticket sales, gate and car rental areas with millwork, doors and hardware, toilet partitions, accessories and signage, communications, kiosks, electronic signage for flight information, baggage information display signs, etc. ETMC also provided window treatments in the main terminal, wall panels, corner guards and crash guards throughout the building, and stainless steel column wraps and bases.

KNOXVILLE UTILITIES BOARD (KUB - Operations Center Lead Paint Abatement & Associated Work), KNOXVILLE, TN

ETMC furnished and installed ticket sales, gate and car rental areas with millwork, doors and hardware, toilet partitions, accessories and signage, communications, kiosks, electronic signage for flight information, baggage information display signs, etc. ETMC provided window treatments in the main terminal, wall panels, corner guards and crash guards throughout the building, and stainless steel column wraps and bases.

B & W Y-12 VEHICLE ARRESTING SYSTEMS (VAS), OAK RIDGE, TN

ETMC assembled and installed a StopGate Road Safety Barrier for Security Applications at the Y-12 National Security Complex. This project consisted of three separate high-speed vehicle containment devices.
